Service Availability

Complimentary home maintenance services are currently available only within Malé’ and Hulhumalé’.

Service appointments may be scheduled depending on technician availability.

Important Service Limitations

To ensure safety and service quality, complimentary home maintenance services are limited to simple, non-invasive tasks only.

Technicians will not perform the following:

Drilling or creating new holes
Wall cutting or structural modification
Wiring alterations or electrical extensions
Plumbing modifications
Installation requiring specialised or third-party technical expertise
Large-scale or project-based installations
Installation of products purchased from other retailers

Services are generally limited to:

Replacement of existing items
Installation using existing fittings or connection points
Basic setup or demonstration of products

If a request falls outside this scope, the technician may decline the service or escalate the request for further review.

Items that are not covered under complimentary installation

The following items do not include complimentary installation, but technicians may provide basic guidance or demonstration where applicable:

Service for Home Maintenance Only

Complimentary services are designed to support individual home maintenance tasks, such as replacing an existing fan, light, or tap.

These services do not apply to:

Newly built homes
Renovation projects
Large installation projects
Locations where wiring or plumbing infrastructure is incomplete
