Fortsen wins S.I.I Memorial Cup

This year’s edition of the S.I.I memorial futsal cup organized by Sonee Group of Companies was held at FAM turf ground on 28th November.

Five teams; Sonee Hardware, Sonee Sports, Asters, Fortsen and Atollinx participated in this years tournament.

Fortsen beat Sonee Hardware by 2-1 in the final match and claimed the MRF10,000 cash prize and the trophy.

Ahmed Rasheed of Sonee Hardware was named as the player of the tournament and Ilyas Umar of Fortsen became the top scorer.

The main objective of the tournament is commemorate the founder of Sonee Hardware, late Mr.Ismail Ibrahim, and to enhance the teamwork amongst the staff members of all the companies of Sonee Group.

Sonee Hardware is currently the main sponsor of New Radiant and Victory sports club.
